Binding Cancellation Policy:  

We are proud to have the most generous & lenient cancellation policy out of any cooking school in Australia. Proceeding to book your class , acknowledges you accept & appreciate this.

•In the event a student needs to cancel a booked class, written notice cancellation of more than 14 days prior to the date of the class will result in the option to reschedule to another class or a full refund.

 
•Written Notice Cancellation of 13 days or less prior to the date of the class will result in no refund but a chance to move to another class. 

•Written Notice Cancelation of 10 days or less prior to the class (for absolutely any reason including sickness) results in no refund & no chance to move class due to the below reason:

10 days is far too short notice to find a replacement for yourself & it is unfair to request me to reschedule your date, which would take a future spot of a paying guest so please refrain from requesting this. 

 

Heavenly Morsel spends a significant amount of money, time & labour & preparing for each class and purchasing the most premium organic ingredients and a large variety of free complimentary luxury extras that are not included in your ticket price & bore by us. 

Providing Australia’s best value cooking class experience for yourself and fellow participants come at a high cost to Heavenly Morsel who operates as a passion project rather than a business. 

If you cannot make it for any reason, please let us know as soon as you can. Alternatively, please organise someone to take your place if it's under 10 days notice.
