Before First Use:

• Remove any stickers and wash thoroughly with warm, soapy water.

Cooking Tips:

• Always use the appropriate burner size—heat should only contact the base, not the side walls.

• Use low to medium heat; high heat may cause discoloration or damage the coating.

• Never let the pan boil dry or place it empty on a hot burner.

• Avoid leaving cooked food in the pan for long periods.

Safe Handling:

• Use pot holders or gloves—handles may become hot during cooking.

• Position handles away from direct heat and tighten screws if they loosen over time.

Utensils:

• Use wooden or silicone utensils. Refrain from using metal to avoid surface scratches.

Cleaning & Maintenance:

• Hand wash only — not dishwasher safe due to the hard-anodised exterior.

• Let the pan cool completely before washing. Clean with a soft sponge and warm, soapy water.

• Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool, or oven cleaners.

• To remove discoloration, use a stainless steel cleaner or a solution of lemon juice or vinegar.

Important Notes:

• This pan is not compatible with induction stovetops

• Damage from overheating, misuse, or improper cleaning is not covered under warranty.
