This particular cuisine was only ever eaten by royalty or the guests of Mughal kings & Sultans. The Regal Biryani you will be taught at this class, was developed in the royal kitchens of the Mughal Empire & does not have a spice overload unlike its variations or modern restaurant versions. When you eat the Heavely Morsel Biryani, you can actually taste each spice & will not be caught by the pungency of a masala heavy blend. The Biryani's stars are the tender meat and perfectly cooked rice. Cooking the Authentic Traditional Biryani requires expertise as it is a fine art to master.
