You will learn the centuries old techniques of cooking each stage of the skilful Biryani to perfection as well as other dishes to accompany our Biryani. This particular cuisine was only ever eaten by royalty or the guests of Mughal kings & Sultans. The Regal Biryani you will be taught at this class, was developed in the royal kitchens of the Mughal Empire & does not have a spice overload unlike its variations or modern restaurant versions. When you eat the Heavenly Morsel Biryani, you can actually taste each spice & will not be caught by the pungency of a masala heavy blend. The Biryani's stars are the tender meat and perfectly cooked rice.
