This special masterclass of mine is warm, incredibly “soul-satisfying” & performed in an inviting space in Bentleigh East. Choose from 40 menus & 300 signature dishes. The essence of this class , is to introduce you to dishes that touches your heart whilst exciting your tastebuds with every single bite. The dishes I teach you in this class, are what I’d serve my family on a Sunday. A day where we can sit together and end the week with a variety of comfort food that takes us back to our home town and makes us remember exactly why it’s known as “gods own country”. Heavenly Morsel’s Soul Food Masterclass intrinsically melds the hypnotically delicious food from my childhood with the pristine seafood & prime produce of Australia . Every dish stands out and showcases the finest Indian spices, enabling the ingredients to be the star of the show.
