Service Description

Portuguese/Spanish-Indian cuisine is a hidden gem, and one which I have grown up with. All the women in my family dating back centuries, have been excellent cooks - passing down exquisite but secret recipes from generation to generation. I adore the signature flavors which are born when Portuguese and Indian ingredients marry. Portuguese-Indian food is intense, yet sophisticated, bursting with flavors that leave palates wanting more. India, famous for its rustic cuisine, has perfected fusion cuisine by carefully fusing exotic and european flavors so seamlessly that it’s become ingrained in the locals' cooking. Now, bring my grandmothers Lucy & Leocardia's hands into this cuisine and what we have is supernatural cooking. Heavenly Morsel procures only the freshest, most premium ingredients including Free Range Meats and Premium, Sustainable Wild Caught Aussie Seafood. We provide nothing less than the Gold Standard. After our class, you will take home all the food we prepare in containers I provide so you can enjoy the feast with your family / friends at home. This is a much loved aspect of Heavenly Morsel. You will also be able to have a taste of all the dishes at the end. Throughout the class you will have my luxury grazing platter and a range of beverages to consume, fret not about leaving hungry!
