I will teach you how to choose the perfect common and exotic vegetables, and turn them into unique, delicious dishes which you can prepare in your own home. You will also learn how to create the perfect rice pilaf, one of 12 authentic dahls and various other dishes - from start to end. Every dish stands out and showcases the finest Indian spices, enabling the vegetable to be the star of the show. Re-create the menu learned at Heavenly Morsel for your own vegan feast or vegan dinner party and impress your guests! After our class, you will take home all the food we prepare in containers I provide so you can enjoy the feast with your family / friends at home. This is a much loved aspect of Heavenly Morsel. You will also be able to have a taste of all the dishes at the end. Throughout the class you will have my luxury grazing platter and a range of beverages to consume, fret not about leaving hungry!
